At Diamond Elite, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple process for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts included.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at contact@diamondelitee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us with the RA number.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items; instead, we will process a credit to your payment method.

Exchanges:

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us at contact@diamondelitee.com to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry
  • Used, worn, or altered items
  • Sale items or clearance products
