At Diamondelitee, we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping process, including shipping options, processing times, and fees.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. During checkout, you will have the option to choose from the following shipping methods:

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination address and the shipping method selected. You can view the exact shipping fees during the checkout process before finalizing your order. Diamondelitee offers free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders are only processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your location. The following estimated delivery timeframes apply:

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Diamondelitee ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us at contact@diamondelitee.com for further assistance.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order on the carrier’s website or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please be aware that delivery times to P.O. Boxes and military addresses may vary.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@diamondelitee.com or call us at (918) 693-6828. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@diamondelitee.com. We will make every effort to update your address before the package is shipped. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
